Zoella Beauty
I've been watching Zoella/Zoe Suggs videos for ages now, I find her extremely down to earth, funny and just generally a really lovely person. It's been so amazing watching her become more successful and seeing her grow and make a career out of something she loves. She even inspired me to start my own blog.
So along with most of the blogging community I was super excited when she announced she was releasing her own beauty line. I ordered some products on Feel Unique (which was really hard as the products kept going out of stock - yay Zoe!!) and they've finally arrived just in time for Christmas!!
I picked up three products from the range - the Soak Opera Bath and Shower Cream, Fizz Bar and the super cute Let's Glow Fragranced Candle.
I like to use 1-2 squares of the Fizz Bar in the bath, along with some of the bath soak for some bubbles. I also light the candle which fills the room with the delicate fragrance after a few minutes of burning - which is a thumbs up from me.
The packaging of the whole collection is so gorgeous - white, gold and pink and the ! Each product features the signature scent of vanilla and floral notes, which is totally something I would go for. Zoe designed the products herself - which can be seen throughout the entire range as they really scream out Zoella.
I also love how affordable all of the products are. All the products above were under $10aud (so the shower cream is cheaper than at Lush as the bottle is bigger).
All together, I think these three products would make a really nice bath pamper kit. I'm super impressed with the products and I'm excited to try out the rest of the collection.

Want and Love | Rose Gold Obsession

I'm still obsessed with rose gold.
I feel like its a nice change from gold or silver jewellery, and I love pink - so I love that there are so many things you can buy in rose gold!
These are just a couple of things that I've been eyeing up and want to purchase - a bit on the pricey side I know.
The headphones probably aren't the best quality when it comes to audio, and they are pricey, but they are super gorgeous, and I'm thinking of treating myself to them when my exams are over.
Have you guys been loving rose gold? And are there any rose gold items you have been eyeing up?
Let me know! xxx

Inspirational Women - Coco Chanel
Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening. - Coco Chanel
Today's post is just to say happy 131st birthday to Gabrielle Chanel, more commonly known as Coco Chanel, founder of the Chanel brand.
While considered a major style icon, famous for her timeless designs and her little black dresses, she was also a really inspirational woman.
After her mother died, her father left her and her sisters in an orphanage, she was brought up by nuns who taught her how to sew. Later, she worked with her aunt as an assistant in a fabric shop, where she earned a reputation for her skilful sewing and alterations. She also sang in nightclubs to earn extra money, where she acquired the nickname Coco.
Coco did not conform to the conventional style of the time, as she was slim, and instead chose to wear simple and comfortable clothing. This included pants and shirts borrowed from boyfriends. She started of designing simple, elegant hats, which gained popularity and soon she was running a successful fashion house. Her company took of during World War 1, and she also began creating a perfume - Chanel No. 5.
Her business grew into a fashion empire that employed over 3000 people, and her designs have remained timeless - if you look in your wardrobe there's probably at least one item inspired by her classic vision.
She is admired for making high fashion available to working women, her amazing endurance of her name in the fashion industry, and also going against traditional clothing of lace and floral garments and allowing women to wear comfortable clothing.
And finally, I couldn't help but include Karl Lagerfeld's film, Once Upon A Time, which stars Keira Knightley and celebrated the 100th anniversary of the first Chanel boutique in Deauville, Normandy.

MAC Face Products Review
Here are some MAC Face products that I recently purchased and decided to review :)
The first thing I purchased was the MAC Face and Body Foundation in the colour N7. MAC have a really good range of colours for foundation so I would definitely recommend checking this out if you have trouble finding the right colour for your skin tone. The foundation is light coverage but is definitely build able. The finish leaves my skin looking fresh and dewy and I like to set it with a powder so it stays put. If you have very oily skin I wouldn't recommend as it is a very dewy finish.
To set my foundation I purchased the Mineralise Skin Finish/Natural in the colour Dark. Again this is light coverage but helps set the foundation and gives a nice natural glow to the skin.
Overall the products are on the pricey side, but a little goes a long way and I think these to products will last a long time. I would definitely recommend these two products for people with normal/combination skin (like mine) who want light or build able coverage as it gives a very natural finish.

Rhubarb and Custard Sparkling Drink
So I'm going to review a drink because it's so yum and I feel like I need to share it!!
I remember going to London and being served this at a friends house and thinking it was absolutely delicious! So when I saw this in a Marks and Spencer in Singapore I couldn't resist buying one, packing it in my suitcase and bringing it all the way back to Australia!
I think it's really decently priced at around £1.20 - and I wish this was sold in Australia - anyone who lives in England - I'm jealous :(. Next time I'll definitely be bringing multiple in my suitcase.

Lush Bunch of Carrots Bubble Bar Review
This bunch of carrots bubble bar is part of Lush's 2014 Easter Collection - which I picked up a while ago but wanted to use a couple of times before I wrote up a review. Contrary to the name, your bath doesn't end up smelling of carrots... instead buchu, lemon and grapefruit oils. Mmmm
All you have to do is swirl them around in the bath and presto, you have a mound of bubbles. And what makes them even better is that they can be used many times. When you're done you can let them dry and they can be used again and again - roughly 10 baths I think, depending on how generous you are with the bubbles.
Only sad thing is that its a limited edition! I know they've still got some in so go grab a bunch from Lush quick!
